The battery usage issue has been resolved but in case your Android phone is still putting Onlinetxts app to sleep which makes the app to crash, please do the following:

1.) Click Settings -> Device maintenance->Battery. Scroll down to bottom and select Unmonitored apps. Select Add apps and specify Onlinetxts app.

2.) Click Settings- > Device maintenance->Battery ->Battery usage -> Menu -> Optimise battery usage -> Turn off Onlinetxts app.
