If you have had a Prostate removed then this little app may be just the help you need. I knew I had to do the pelvic floor exercises and I tried my best to be consistent but this app didn't let me forget. A simple timer is just the job to jog your memory. Simple but effective. Since my last phone upgrade I've noticed that the reminders are sometimes missing and the record function is missing somethings. My phone is an Oppo X3 Pro.

It's so easy to forget to do kegels. This app lets you set up reminders and you can choose your own schedule. For the first six weeks I set it for 5 times a day, 5 x 5 secs long and 10 quick. At first I could hardly feel the muscles but now I can feel a strong lift and hold for 5 seconds. It has made a huge difference to my pelvic floor and my urine control. I can now stop myself leaking and get to the toilet without voiding. I have reduced the exercises to twice a day now for maintenance.

Recommended to me by medical professionals and I find it very useful for ensuring I do the exercises prior to (and after prostatectomy). However the app symbol needs to be less sexist, it's not just for women and I don't wear a skirt! You recommend Squeeze for men but you discriminate by charging £2.99 for men but the women's version is free!

Thank you for your feedback! There are four apps in the set, and the one labelled Squeezy for Men is skirt-free!
