Highly difficult to launch the app, literally have to uninstall and install everytime. And once you get to access it, the estore doesn't even load up. So as a TCC member, you are forced to use a poorly developed app that literally doesn't allow you to use your member benefits.

I have the same issue with the other account holders, perpetually in loading stage. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same. Clear cache, no help at all. Unable to load. What's the use of marketing alerts on offers and promotions when we can't load the apps?

I realised that I am not alone. Have been uninstalling and installing the app and nothing works. I thought there was something wrong w my network. But it seems something is wrong with the app. I can't even get into it. :( I have u uninstalled the app.
