When trying to open app I get "Whoops something went wrong". Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Junk!

A new kind of bureaucratic hell. Everyone wants to pass the buck and assign the work to someone else, and it's all digital so there are zero human beings who might actually care about helping someone or be shamed into helping. I had no idea Evanston cares so little about people and quality of life!

Won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled but same result. If it isn't going to work, take it out of the app store!
