Edit, it seems to have been fixed. Thank you. **Used to work great for reporting graffiti, vandalism and homeless encroachments onto private property. Now it won't even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and cannot get it to work. Running Android 11, so I know it is not because I am running an out of date version of android. Please fix.

Old version worked fine most of the time. Then, it stopped working. Only a blue screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. Just a blue screen. So sad.

Thr old version was better. This new one just has a blue loading screen. Fire department told me to report something and I was trying to online but I guess I gotta call and leave a message.
