When I submitted a claim for my personal residence, it appeared in the Nearby Requests as a public request. Before submission, it stated that the request would only be viewable by official Loudoun county personnel but the fact that it is showing up on the public list makes this incorrect. Furthermore, there is no option to edit or delete a request after it has been submitted. Overall, the idea of this application is good but it is poorly executed.

Almost beyond useless. Impossible to determine which category complaint falls under. Also impossible for staff to see attachments. Also impossible for both staff and residents to read each others comments.

Totally useless. Nowhere to log into my account and see my submissions and
comments from the county.
