Reading iRequest

I am convinced that this app exists for the sole reason of making it seem like the Reading City employees actually do their jobs. But in actuality they barely do anything that you request on the app, but they will still mark it as "Completed". I have reported graffiti countless times on this app and almost every single time they marked it as completed when it never was. Only after I called City Hall and complained would it actually be completed. The Reading City Employees are a Joke.

The app doesn't work. Keeps giving error message. Uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works. Please fix the problem.

And all this a good app the only thing I don't like is they don't pick up trash just electronics ...TVs that I have noticed people using the app
