Slow, clunky, and buggy. It consistently shorts the number of prescriptions you attempt to prepay. I selected all 4, but it only charged me for 3. This happens ALL THE TIME. It's also incredibly slow! It takes 3-4 minutes just to pull up the prescriptions for only TWO PEOPLE. If it weren't for the fact that you can prepay before you head to the store, I wouldn't even use it anymore. It needs a serious overhaul.

There is still a glitch. I can't view statements anymore as the app requires storage permissions, but there's no option to grant access within the app nor the app settings on the phone. The response I get on here tells me to do exactly what I've already done. If I go through the browser, request the statement and select to open in the app, then in works. Obviously, the app has access to both my PDF reader and storage. Emailing customer service is useless, and this is just one of myriad issues.

Hi Diana! To do this please navigate to the following: Go to phone Settings > Applications > Locate and tap on the Publix Pharmacy app > Tap on Permissions > Tap on Storage. Once allowed, please go back and try again. -Gabby

Neither the app nor website bill correctly. I'll pick 2 prescriptions to pay, it shows I've selected 2 and the total when I pay online. I get there and they tell me I haven't paid for both and charge me again. I check my HSA and I did pay for both. Both are clunky to navigate. There is no permission in the app to allow access to storage so you can view statements. I will no longer pay in advance.
