Puma FastPay

Pleasantly surprised! Great job! I was on my way to return my rental car and needed to fill up. I was shocked to see no credit card slots at the pump, but since the price was right, I decided to download the app and process though. It was relatively intuitive (for someone in a rush) and clear security settings and prompts. Finance apps have come a long way :)

Unresponsive. Using a Pixel 2XL and this app constantly does not allow me to scroll and does not respond to button taps. I've had to send the app multiple times to the background in order for it to go back to responding. It's as if they are not handling exceptions well or tied everything to a server which is not responding as fast as it should.

Easy to use at most locations. Usually have an easy time in both VI and PR. Love that I can get gas without having to go inside the store, leave a card or cash, come out to fill up, and back in again to pay! Skip lines! Makes driving in the islands much easier and quicker! Have never had a problem with payments. Only issue in PR, a few stations don't seem to accept it. 1 station in Luquillo - I scanned 2 pumps, 2 different times. Fail. Both times
