Completely useless app, never got credit for purchases. I installed the app on 7-29-19. I've never had a problem with any other app. Whenever I'd make a purchase I'd have them scan the app and when I questioned why purchases weren't showing up was told 'they'll show up later it takes time to generate.' Have purchased my 4th pizza since installing the app, you guessed it, none have ever been credited to my account. Based on the experience with the app I'll be skipping pizza rev the restaurant

This app could use work. I mistakenly placed an order for pickup, instead of delivery, on December 29th, and when I tried to change it, it wouldn't let me. So then I tried to cancel it. It wouldn't let me. I called the store to see if they could change or cancel it, they couldn't. I contacted app support, I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up placing the order again for delivery and paying for it twice but only getting the single order. Don't order using the app. Just use postmates.

App doesn't tell you or notify you if they are out of something. Staff call you 15 minutes before your order is ready for pickup to ask if you want a substitution or to cancel and refund your order. What's the point in ordering ahead for later if they don't notify you earlier instead of when you are already driving there? They also don't leave a message if you don't answer your phone, so you may not know your pizza is not ready until you show up to pick it up.
