Easy enough to order, but the whole point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready when you get there. Not getting there and being told that to "check in" sends the order to the kitchen. So, check in as soon as you order! Any customizations you do to an item won't show to the restaurant, I removed the spicy sauce and he said it didn't say that, so they had to remake it.

Given how many fastfood apps use a similar interface and features set, I find it astounding that TacoJohns was still able to cobble together such a non-functional mess for their mobile ordering. Order customization that doesn't allow you to add things to the cart, rewards and offers that can't be redeemed in the app, reward points that expire extremely quickly, and a restaurant locator that often selects places several hundred miles away. An app that has everything... all wrong.

I always rate one star for apps that nag me about ratings. The app was unable to Scan the receipt. I was able to enter the code manually but that's not sustainable for my continued use. If the app turns out to be more hassle then it's worth, I'll update this post when I uninstall it. Otherwise it's probably fine. Update: Even if you rate the app, it will continually force pop-ups to continue to rate the app.
