Everyone's app still has an unusable Valentine's day "reward". Welcome back 10% discount is missing from my app even though I got the notification. Unable to delete or manage favorites or payment methods in the app. You have to be at a desktop computer to do it. It's not that much harder design the app to be functional on mobile as much as the web and actually have a functioning rewards program.

Ordered from menu, app crashed when entering payment info, so had to choose everything from menu again. Finally placed order, waited an hour, got a text with a link to Uber to track my order but the page had broken images and didn't show tracking progress. Then all of a sudden it said it was delivered, but there's no food. Waited two hours for an $85 order for a hungry family that never arrived. Never using this app again.

Pros: allows you to order your food ahead so you don't have to wait for them to make it. Cons: no option to set a preferred location; consequently every time I go to order it takes a long time to load before presenting with a list of the closest locations, not in order of proximity. There is only 1 New York location! So then I have to scroll through the list which are mostly in California. Also there is no option to use the app to place a "to stay" order. They'd sell more wine to me if there was.
