Saw this on facebook and immediately installed for safety purposes. However after creating my profile or registering my information it asks for my location, after allowing access to my location, it automatically logs me out from the app. When i click the app after that, it won't let me enter the app again. I think this is a bug or something. Still the same issue after basic troubleshooting.

Thanks to this app, a fire that could've been bigger was put out last night in our area. I used this app to call for a fire truck and my request was immediately relayed to my city's fire department. Fire trucks came after 10-15 mins. Thank you to the hotline operator who handled my call and the app's developers. The app could use a bit of improvement on the design though to make it more user friendly. A better CTA for the emergency call button would help too, but hey the app works! Kudos!

I downloaded it on my Infinix Hot 10s phone. I long pressed the family tracker and the app starts crashing. Then suddenly my phone also starts restarting. I uninstalled it immediately. But my phone keeps on restarting, I thought I had to resort on resetting my phone. Good thing, after so many tries, my phone stopped restarting. But I do not highly recommend this app to thos who have Infinix Hot 10s as it is not compatible with this device, in my opinion.
