Impossible to cancel. The various links just send you around in circles, without a cancel subscription button being available in spite of the app pledging that PureGym make it as easy as possible to cancel So I've now cancelled my direct debit instead and won't be paying any money demanded. Shame, the app isn't bad otherwise. But this is poor form.

This ruddy app is a pain in the arse. For months my initial log in has been OK and I have been able to enter the gym with the scan thing. Three times now in 2 weeks I've got to the gym, opened the app and been logged out meaning I have to come all the way home, log into my laptop, log onto my emails, find the original joining emails, enter the details into the app and head back. Usually, like now, I've lost momentum and wont head back. Get it ruddy sorted and easier to get in or lose my money.

Keep crashing. Always getting a notification saying "Pure Gym app is not running properly" even though it is closed and I have stopped it running in the background. Very frustrating. Seems like it might be a good app otherwise.
