We had great experience with this app until this January. Now whenever we try to do a mobile deposit the camera has a dark filter that comes over it and it's too dark to capture the image. This is for both my phone and my husband's phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It allowed me to capture one check and then went to the dark filter again. Incredibly disappointing to not be able to access a feature we used often.

The app is somewhat unreliable. Sometimes it takes several tries to log in, though this has improved since the last update. Sometimes it will kick you out for no reason. When trying to use the deposit check function, it will give error messages and the attempts fail. if you keep trying over and over you can sometimes get it to complete the function. The overall concept for the app's functionality is good, it just doesn't always work in its execution.

It only works half the time for me. Too many menu options makes it confusing to navigate. Currently, it will not let me log in even though my fingerprint and password is correct. It wasn't reporting how much money I had used on it either so I had no idea how much was left to use on the card.
