About this app
This app allows mobile users of the Quartix vehicle tracking system to view their vehicles in real time while on the move. The app is free to download, but can only be used by Quartix subscribers. It has the following key features:
1. Vehicle list, to give a summary of all the vehicles to which the user has access, and their present location.
2. Live tracking, to show the latest location of a chosen vehicle in real time, as well as other vehicles in the area; alternatively, it displays the currrent location of the mobile device and the locations of vehicles or drivers based on this. The vehicle can be selected to be ‘followed’ by the app, and the map screen will automatically be updated.
3. Trip data, which shows the trips carried out on any day over the previous 6 months.
4. Driving Style, for Infoplus customers a daily driving style report covering speed and acceleration and braking behaviour.

Android did a update a week ago and since then the app keeps crashing it tries to open up the screen goes back to the home screen I have deleted the coach I have deleted all the files I have deleted everything you could think of concerning the app and nothing works support has tried to help me and still cannot work it worked perfectly until a week ago very frustrating.

Hi Boe, thanks for the feedback. We were experiencing some connection issues to the app early last week but these have since been resolved. Clearing Data and Cache can improve any app usability however you can also access our site via mobile browser and save this as a tile for quick access as an alternative should you be unable to run the app.

I did find a way...If you open Quartix in Google, login and then click in the 3 vertical dots in the top right of your screen, ( I have a Samsung ), you can then 'add link to home screen' and create a shortcut while remaining logged in. It's not ideal I know, however it works just as well as the app. Hopefully Quartix can resolve the issue quickly and in the mean time you can still view your vehicle(s) / fleet. Hope this helps 😊😊

Cannot even log in anymore, since the update whereby you can select either Europe or US it has been impossible to log in. The only thing that happens is the app saying that the login details are incorrect however, I then attempt to log in via the desktop using the exact same details and experience not a single issue. Very frustrating when you have to update on the whereabouts of your fleet several times a day!
