When I get to the location page, it won't scroll down to let you do anything! So you cannot set up the app!!! This needs to be fixed, otherwise the app us useless.

This is the best time to review the effectivness of this app by IRC Emergency Services. The 2019 hurricane season is not yet over. I read on the National Weather Service advisory to check with your local emergency mgt service for information on returning on evacuation routes, but was unable to find anything on this.

App crashes after being open for 3 minutes. Can't even get through adding info without it crashing.
