About this app

Grace is a virtual legal assistant, designed to interact with clients and answer their queries. Grace will learn from this interaction and expand her bank of answers, becoming smarter the more you use her. Accessible from every device, smart phone, PC, laptop and tablet, Grace is the law with a 21st century face.

The way that people interact with businesses has changed immensely in recent years; people access services from their smartphones, tablets, even their televisions, and rradar’s emphasis on the needs of our clients means that we need to position ourselves at the forefront of the technological revolution that is transforming our world. That’s why we’ve introduced Grace, our virtual assistant, which will let our customers speak to us in whichever way is most convenient for them.

Traditionally, accessing legal services has been a real obstacle course and in some cases, a deterrent to justice. Rradar believes that it’s the job of a good law firm to remove those obstacles and make it easier for clients to get the level of service they deserve. That’s why we think that the introduction of Grace will have a significant effect on the way legal services are used.

Users will immediately notice the difference – because Grace is accessible from a wide variety of devices, it can be used any time, anywhere. Routine enquiries can be answered without having to go through a long conversation with an advisor, because for many simple problems, a simple answer is all that’s required.

Rradar has never been simply a law firm. Although it’s at the heart of what we do, we are also an educator, a teacher, an enabler and all of these things mean that we are well able to empower our clients and set them free from the restrictions they have hitherto been facing. That’s why Grace is so important to our mission – it’s the perfect tool to put the power back into the hands of the client, where it should always have been.
