Important things to know 
• There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be 16+ 
• Get Cash - Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked) 
• Touch ID and Face ID are only available on selected devices. 
• Credit score available once opted in through the app, to customers over 18, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion. 
• Spending - you must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premium Current accounts. 
• You can freeze and unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. 
• You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days which include up to 7 countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan will apply to debit cards only, attached to accounts that are managed via mobile banking and only in your name. Joint account holders should register separately. 
• Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only. 
• Our app is available to customers aged 11+ with compatible Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

• Allow the app to communicate through your network 
• To find your nearest cash machine or branch you’ll need to let the app find your location 
• To ‘Pay your contacts’ the app will need access to your contacts list 

Please note, the app contains images when logging in that may cause a reaction in individuals who are photosensitive. You can switch these off for your device by visiting the settings menu and the accessibility menu where you will be able to find motion and visual control settings (note this is not within our app but on your devices settings itself).

Absolutely useless. Having just created an account online, trying to sign in is impossible. If you switch apps (to get one of the many pieces of new account information you need to enter), it takes you all the way back to the start screen, forgetting all your details. I've given up and uninstalled. Do these apps not get tested? Quite astonishing.

Latest on the app that never stops giving: Now it sometimes fails to display one or more of my credit card accounts. A major failing in a banking app. May be related to the change they made in January. I noticed on the website their balances were unavailable for a few seconds but then showed up. On the app the accounts aren't even listed! May be a timing issue. It's an old phone. Please do more testing before you unleash these "improvements" on us.

We are aware of the issue that credit cards are currently not showing in the app since the last app update. We apologise for the inconvenience and we are working hard to fix this. To continue using our credit card services, please use e-Banking or telephone banking. - AJ

For weeks now the app lets me login but after I've made just one transaction it crashes and goes back to the login screen. It's very frustrating. Edit.. this is all happening since the last update. Edit.. I'm unable to contact you on either of those platforms. Edit.. I've already tried the chat to cora and It just goes round in circles as it doesn't seem to recognise what I'm trying to explain. It keeps asking me the same question over and over again. It's infuriating.

• Our payment limit has reduced, you can register for biometrics in the app to send more.
• Pay anyone regularly? Add your favourites in the Payments area to easily send and request money.
• You can request payments by invoice and track existing invoices with a connected FreeAgent account.
• Your digital assistant can help you find what you need when you click the search icon on your home page.
•If you've opted for notifications, we'll now send notifications for declined debit card transactions.
