Very rarely records from the app, and when it does work, it can take up to an hour to set recording. If you want to record a programme currently on but your TV is switched off, forget it, it doesn't work. The app is good for viewing the TV listings and what's on your recording planner but it definitely needs fixing the other issues.

Absolutely don't bother. It never records when you want it to unless you're viewing the program at the time of recording. Set it to record a series & it will record a different series saying its the 1 you want . The channels program often doesn't reflect what's actually showing. Stops working when it rains . So many problems there's not room to put them all . There's other free apps like this go for any of them because nothing else can be worse

Works partially, every time the app loses the connection with the box. On demand is a nightmare using the app as well nothing works, it doesn't even give you Netflix as an option despite it being supported and it has a hard button on the remote. Now the remote function doesn't connect at all. This needs a serious rework because customer service is shocking at best. Freesat, you need to sort your software out !
