When adding items to the basket it confirms but nothing is in the basket. So frustrating. 6 months on; same problem. Please fix this app. It's now March 2024. This app is still so frustrating. App is useless, I've been in contact with the developer since 11 March, they keep saying they are passing it on and it will be sorted. Advised to Click forgot password and try that, which I did. Went to log in and still get the same message. This should be withdrawn and tested before trying to get users to rest it.

The app works fine, and it is good to have discount at checkout at certain airports. However, the points based on purchase are not reflected even a month after the purchase - which means there is no way to progress on the tiers, and get higher discounts. This needs to be properly supported. Update : Received a response from Dufry, mentioning you can claim missing points online. However, this does not work as I can get up to the submission form, but the submission page is passive.
