This product functions... passably... as a kitchen scale (even if the scale constantly beeping is irritating beyond belief). The problem lies in the many other features the app supposedly offers but falls short on. Most features outside of the scale, namely the Cafe option crashes constantly and is almost entirely unusable. This is very disappointing. One star until I can actually use the feature I bought this thing for instead of another, cheaper electric scale.

App won't connect via bluetooth and everytime I open the app it gives me the needs permissions notification for location and bluetooth even though it is already enabled for both. Bluetooth is given access automatically so I cant do anything to change it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Also the new scale won't work unless it is plugged in after 1 day of use.

As of right now the app is hot trash. I can't even explore the features without midway through it asking me for a 2nd time to select a service. And if ya do click one it just sends you to a inf loading screen. Will check back in a month see if they updated. I so want this app to work would make life so much easier.
