sucks. keeps saying error and losing all my info. makes me wonder if they r even legit. they may just be wanting my info to steal it.

Thank you for responding back. Still says Status Error. Then a green button on the bottom that days Start over. I tried 3xs.

When you enter this information on IRS.gov (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp) do you also get an error?

Very poor! Everytime I punch in my information, it keeps saying based on my infprmation Payment Status unavailable! It has done this everyday for a week.
