This app is terrible to order from. They way you select the options on a combo meal is very wonky, and it isn't clear your selection has been added. You have to add every element and then add to the bag. When it comes time to review your order, there is a bunch of unneeded info. Whoever designed this app did a very poor job, and it is hard to conceive that anyone within Roy Rogers tested and approved this app for use. It seems to be designed for looks, but not functionality.

The restaurant near me still doesn't have their system setup to redeem rewards points. I already lost my free sign up coupon of $5 off any purchase (promo expired) before I could be allowed to use it. I've checked back with them maybe more 2 times over the past month and a half and it's always a "sorry it's not working." Also, they should include the user terms/exclusions/max discount in the descriptions of the coupons. Edit: Just learned today you can use the promos via mobile order.

Interface is wonky. Have to click "Add item" multiple times before you can click "Add to bag" for each item. Checkout doesn't show a breakdown of charges or discounts applied. Coupons don't work at all. Always get "Error validating basket" message when trying to checkout with offer applied with no way to complete order. Very frustrating!
