This is a good app, but still has some problems. I can say that this app is not user-friendly. The contents or the options in the app are not well-arranged. Moreover, the app cannot remember even the STB Card numbers or the STB identification numbers. This makes the users to remove the STB Cards more often, with no reason. This cards are tend to wear or break if removed and inserted repeatedly. These small problems though. These can be solved. I expect to get a better app in course of time.

Hopeless and pathetic app, cannot reset the password the OTP never comes.. even if you put in the correct password it doesn't login .. uninstall / re-install doesn't help... Not sure if anyone if looking at the exceptions in the server log and monitoring.. not sure if adequate testing was done before launching the application and were all test scenarios covered as part of testing.

Poorly run and managed cable network. None of the telephone lines are reachable. App is pathetically designed with no proper information. Wish my parents understood to switch to dish TV or some other network that atleast care a dime.... I would rate less than a star... We pay for a service that is least delivered. Have tried multiple numbers and none work The app is designed to manage your account online but..... you can barely see the channels you have on your package, forget about choosing new
