This app and service is garbage. The system always gives me errors. My payments never post. It never fails in that regard. They never contact me with issues until I owe them more money. The demand credit cards and refuse bank accounts. I'm about done with them. Edit: don't believe their response. Ive had this recurring issue for several months.

Unable to pay my bill for the last two months via the app as there is currently no way for me to get logged in. The credentials are accepted but as soon as the account is brought up, the error saying that the session has expired pops up and prevents me from using the app. I have tried to post this review three times now and every time it has disappeared.

I have not been able to open the Reliant app on my new phone, even though it worked great on my old phone. The phone store could not help. I contacted the Reliant App department via email and they got it fixed by the next day and even contacted me several times about it to make sure all was working good. I am very impressed and grateful. Thanks so much. JRM
