Slow, always saying it is disconnected or that the device is connected to the internet but it is gathering information....it worked untill one month ago. Since then, 7 out of 10 times I try to use it, it is not working. Also, it gives false information, I select to power on a device, it says it is powered then surprise, it is not, and vice versa. Edit: modifying from 1 to 4 stars. Still slow app and has downtime pretty often. Edit again, not working, app showing off, heating is on...

Terrible, unreliable and frustrating. The app has frequent outages due to lack of any cache whatsoever, reporting my device is online, but a refresh is needed. Using it causes the heat pump to spend about 3.6GB (!) of data monthly, which explains the load times. Today, on 29th of February, it switched itself to summer mode and can't be switched back. Just a stressful expirience overall when you have floor heating and are away from home, always wondering if heating works

Buggy as hell. You think paying oremium for a nimbus heater could pave a road for steady app. Not in this case. Only shows 2 days of detailed info, and a month of consumption. Why do not they show all year round detailed infos? Another thing, it keeps disconnecting or whatever that issue is, that i cant connect to it, on the thermostat it shows its dissconnected and i have to restart router. 1-2 times a week. And i have my router set to reboot 2 times per week. 6 weeks no answer.
