Loved how easy it is to access, user friendly. However the app crashes unexpectedly quite frequently. Another issue is with the appointment bookings. I made a booking for a clinic appointment a week before the scheduled date. Received the confirmation email. A few days later, I opened the app to check my appointment but it wasn't in my appointment list. I had to book another appointment to make sure it was in the same day. Appreciate if someone could look this up.

This is a very good app to view my appointments and the queue. However recently unable to open due to bugs. Hope this can be fixed as soon as possible.

It won't let me confirm appointment at the last step. The error message keeps appearing and telling me to try again. I have no idea if my appointment is confirmed.
