Awful. I was able to connect the water heater to home wifi and the app to home wifi, but after about 15 minutes of the spinning circle the app disconnects. I attempted probably 15 times over two days. Finally got it to connect and was able to set a schedule, but have not been able to override the schedule through the app or through Amazon Echo. App is worthless. I finally uninstalled it. The app was updated and it worked fine for months, but again stopped working after the latest Android update.

This app has only gotten worse over the last 2 years. This most recent update has forced me to delete the app and removing my thermostat from our WiFi network. App will never connect to the thermostat but can usually be fixed by resetting the WiFi connection. Not this time, it disconnected and never connected again. Sat through numerous spinning circles of connection but none ever completed. And to the obviously automated response, no I will not be calling your 1-800 number. Do better!

After 5 years of constant disconnects - this app is worthless! Hardest app I have ever used. Near impossible to connect without turning router off and on several times. After 2 days disconnects AGAIN. Which means I must start over from the beginning for the 5th time so far. Total waste of my time for a very faulty app! Zero stars for this !! And please spell "temperature" correctly!
