RideBom doesn't monitor the rider's activity before and after the rides. Women and Children's Safer Rides With gender selection, RideBoom is a women's safer rideshare app. You can drive or ride with pride.

You can tap on the red alert button to get connected to the local emergency service of the country directly from the app.

We collect your phone number information from you when you register with RideBoom. "RideBoom is using payment services Stripe (for Australia and International) and PayTM for India which will request and access phone number. This will used for payment and invoicing usage only and RideBoom will not share or distribute this information in any other medium." We use your number to create RideBoom travel itineraries and invoices and offer related services, such as rides to the airport, Bike taxi rides, or deliveries
RideBoom does not sell or share user personal data include mobile number with third parties.

I never see a surge in my trip . Rideboom always charge the same price it doesn't matter if there is rain or not plus the cars are very comfortable. The drivers are friendly. They do need more cars on the road.

Why you need so many permissions no other cab app needs this. Call log, Phone, Photos, Storage . . ... . . . And app doesn't work if I dont allow . The minimum permission needed should be location only. Its surprising no one else commented on this.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. needs the camera to take profile photos. All cab apps need this. plus when you have a phone call with the driver and get any argument or questions asked by the driver which does not fall under the safety and privacy protocols we can check from the backend in case there is any complaint or emergency . Thanks

Everytime I check, it's always busy, not available. Poor experience. I got late for my work because I kept trying, but even after 7 tries, no car was available.
