RideShare Rental

Very expensive. Added up fast. They lock your car if you fall even a little behind & you could be stranded in the middle of nowhere & they don't care. The car was nice and new though but they don't seem to be very organized or experienced.

This app NEVER has cars in the Chicagoland area. Someone from rideshare rental called me to reserve a car. I informed them the app stated there were no cars in the area because it was a high demand area. What the person failed to realize is that I check the app often and it ALWAYS states there are no cars available.

These people rented me a car on a day they weren't even open when I tried to reach out to them to see where and when to pick up the rental no response not through email not through calling or texting not even through there app so I figured it was a scam so I kept telling them to cancel it and now they have 400 of my money and still won't respond to me I needed that car to return to work that 400 was the last bit of my savings now I have no car no job no money the broke me I just want my money
