About this app

With Robin’s mobile app, you can find spaces and desks in your office fast to get your best work done.

As you walk into your office, book a desk to work from for the day right off an interactive map within the Robin app. Get a glance at your daily schedule, with more detailed info on what conference rooms your meetings are taking place in. Find an available meeting room on the fly without having to open your laptop, and review a room’s photo and amenities so you know exactly what to expect in the space.

Note: This is a companion app to Robin, and your company must have an account set up.

Really buggy. For several days the calendar would always choose one day off what you selected, and now the "Reserve" button doesn't work. It's also super slow, but that's irrelevant when it's a desk booking app doesn't let you book a desk. Edit: more bugs! They've added a button that says "Add coworkers to favourites". I'm guessing this let's you see when friends are in the office. Unfortunately the buttons doesn't do anything when you tap it, just plays a little interaction animation.

Our company requires this app to enter the building. Booking a desk is good. Then a Pass screen pops up. Bring up another app or your phone wakes up and the Pass screen disappears. Pressing the Pass icon does nothing. No Pass screen, no access to the building. Ok, let's remove the reservation and start again. Reservation cancelled. Good. Book a desk. Error - you may only book one desk at a time. That's great, not! Can you get your developers and product managers to test your app?

If performance were consistent, I'd give this app a 4. Unfortunately, I am constantly dealing with loading and display issues. Solution provided by support is clearing cache. @Developer team, really??? I find myself clearing cache and relaunching app constantly. Unless you have an exceptionally high tolerance for this kind of thing, use the web dashboard.
