Awesome way to rack up airline miles while booking hotel rooms! Plus you can even boost the amount of miles for a little extra money that doesn't show up as an item on your receipt (aka, get more personal miles thanks to your company's expense report)! Great app, great service! I just wish they included car rentals too (and maybe flights). If so, then bye-bye Expedia!

Fourth-party BS. This company goes through other companies to make your reservation and then pretends it was the hotel that can't amend dates, cancel, or issue refunds. I lost out on almost $900 because their vendor didn't try to do what I asked to amend the dates on a stay and led me to believe that the hotel refused my request. They also charge you $75 to make cancelations, but that's not a charge from the hotel. Go through another booking website, save yourself the headache.

I really like using Rocket miles but honestly more times than not while checking out the "deal" changes or is removed so I can't complete it. I have to go back and the place I wanted to stay at changed the miles drastically. So I chose a different hotel and it does it again.. it is very frustrating
