Okay for a start but got irritating fast. On 'upper body' days in intermediate level you have to like 300 pushups in 10 minutes, which is crazy compared to the lower impact core and cardio and lower body workouts. Also, I'm doing the exact same cardio workout for the 20th time in a row: that's got to be a glitch. I'm sold on the concept of a workout app but this one appears brain dead after three months of use.

It confuses me. I chose Fat Burner at Beginner level. Warm-up took 3 minutes and actual exercises 6.5 minutes. Then it wanted me to do another 13 exercises (6.5 minutes) to complete Day 1. That's 16 minutes total, so why is it called 7 minute workout?! Also, one-arm pushups at beginner level is crazy!

Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. The app was originally designed on the 7 minute workout years ago. The Quick Workout section has those 7 min workouts, and more new ones we recently added as well. The 30-day plans we're actually an idea from other users. Back to back 7 minute workouts has many benefits. Can you email us rootBerzLLC@gmail.com

This use to be an excellent app, but now I can only select the warm up, upper body, scientific and lower body work out options. This has really killed the usability of this app.
