In order to user this app, you must first be a Royal Business Bank customer and be actively enrolled in RBB Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled, please visit our website at www.royalbusinessbankusa.com to complete the online banking enrollment.
To enroll for Mobile Banking, log in to RBB online banking from your PC and then click on Mobile Banking and complete the enrollment process.

The worst app and very unprofessional bank. It doesn't have the most basic functions like changing address and phone number. All other banks apps allow you to do that. You have to go to the bank to do this. Also, the bank's ATMs are out of service most of the times after the banks close in Brooklyn Chintown. It's so inconvenient if it's your only bank. You can't get money in case of emergency.

Initially it worked without any problems. However these last few months, the app often crashes when opening it. When it dosent crash, the app is frozen and nothing can be typed to enter my account. Plus instant balance button isnt working anymore either.

this app collects your personal data and share them with other companies as stated in the acknowledgement terms that you have to agree before you can use the app. Data includes your passwords, sms, emails, contacts and all sorts of personal data that are not related to mobile banking. So they are purely stealing your data amd sell them for profit.
