Excellent platform. However, new update to include "locality" is bad as can't identify road and many places cannot be found. Dummy location has to be put so that can submit report. Hence it is useless function unless can key in rather than search from database as database would not possible to keep up with ever increasing location

I had an account previously but changed phone and now I cannot get my account back at all. It says I have no SarawakID so I registered for one. But after that, the login details still cannot be used? What about my old account? Obviously when I click reset password, it works. Meaning I do have an account. But now nothing works and resetting password doesn't work nor does creating a new account with new login details works. This app just became worse. Wanna complaint also cannot.

When I reset my password, all history & pending service requests go missing. Have to start over again. I am not deleting my account but just resetting my password so why delete my service request records. Then worst when after a while cannot log in - screen responded with "invalid id/email or password". Swear I jot down new passwords. No matter how many times I change passwords still get same screen error. Very very undercooked app.
