Well, I downloaded this app again. Hoping, That after months of not being able to use it to it's so called usefulness that it has been fixed. I am deleting it again. I can't load pages. It takes me outside the app, can't send in meter reading. Or make a profile that stays. Maybe someone in the troubleshooting dept or tech issues dept can fix the darn thing.

Outage reporting doesn't work. Type in the address exactly as it shows on my power bill : "we couldn't find the location of the outage you're reporting, please try again" Turn on location services and press Locate Me : "Please enable geolocation and re-try" . I opened Google Maps to make sure location is working and the SaskPower app does have location access I can't access my meter number because the landlord has it locked up. Maybe you could let me use my account number in a future update?

If your going to charge a "convenience fee" then maybe actually make it convenient to pay my Saskpower bill. Such as having auto billing on my credit card or be able to pay bills from the app. It's 2020 and your probably the only business who does not have these features.
