Cardless cash withdrawal in a fast and convenient way with QR Cash and Top-up AlipayHK™ or Octopus Wallet instantly without any additional fees are provided.

• Investment tab brings you diversified wealth solutions from equities to insurance.

Can you please enable copy and paste password again. Forcing users to type out their (complicated) password is just annoying user experience. Other banking apps do not have this issue.

After transaction via the app, I had no way to find the reference number, neither e-advance nor sticker sharing, but the confirmation page of the last step of transaction, which I was not allowed to make the screenshot. Now, my payee and I cannot track the transaction for payment confirmation and get the service I want! This is so annoying!

Hi gplay, With the recent rise of malware related incidents, our bank has increased its security controls to protect our customers and provide them with the safest digital banking experience.If you need to provide the payment record to the payee, You can provide via email or SMS after completing the payment instruction. For those who are reading it: Do NOT use this bank and, even if you are using it now, considering switching to another one that would give you a better user experience. All my log-in information was lost after the latest round of update (warning: there are very frequent compulsory updates). And when I try to reset my password -- they tell me there's some kind of system failures that prevents me from doing it in the app. A big chunk of my money is locked in SCB now. Do not repeat my mistake.
