This app is a waste of money and time for it not to work. I've had multiple failed times to video chat and nothing comes through on my end. When I try to video or do a visit, it just loops back to the contacts list. It's sad enough there are people in jail and now to have an app that supposed to help connect them that doesn't work is shameful. Do better

The visit app does not work at all. When my inmate attempts to video call me, he states that his screen says "waiting for participant to join" but on my end of the line, nothing happens at all. I just see my contacts list and if I click on one of the names, it just takes me to a screen with their name and the option to block them but if I click on the name then it redirects me right back to my contacts list and it keeps doing that, just goes back and forth without ever getting to video visit.

This app completely sucks on android!! You can't make video visits , you can't video chat or anything! It was amazing on my iPhone but it doesn't work on my android. It's very frustrating! Everytime I try to schedule a visit it takes me to my contacts and then the only thing that pops up is an option to block the contact. You'd think after all the negative reviews they'd fix it .
