Park like you own the place! Get the best parking spot - fast and easy. Park next to your favorite store at the mall, near your gate at the airport, or on the 1st level at your garage. No more driving up and down aisles or stalking other patrons. You can even reserve a spot in advance!

Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space. It’s that easy.
For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.
The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.
When you're ready to leave, just drive out. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed. You’ll also receive a detailed receipt by email.

I used the app for the first time today. I searched nearby for the premium outlets on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. I get to the numbered parking space and the thing doesn't go down when I push the enter button. So, I search the same mall, again. it gives me a different parking space number. the same thing happens. I do this for a total of three times and it never worked. however, the stupid app charged me three times for parking in Puerto Rico. what a piece of garbage app.

Good concept. Poor execution. I left the reserved parking but the blocking device did not return to the up position and I was charged for the whole day. Tried to call the number on the sign and was directed to leave a voicemail rather than talk to a real person. Location function placed me in Florida which I most definitely was not there. After this piss poor performance I am most definitely not using this app again and will be removing it from my phone.

Couldn't be worse. Busy shopping mall, tried to park... only spots open. Had to download app... download was slow so we decided to hop on their "mypark" wifi. The signal was worse, and wouldn't download at all! Started over again with my carrier... took a couple minutes, but we got it. Logged in... found the mall we were at, but it just wouldn't work. There were a couple spots open... but we gave up... as did the vehicle diagonal to us.
