Why don't they (you) have a mobile app? The access is so old school you would think as part of a large industry of computing networks you would actully have a modern app. I am charged $3 every time I pay my bill what do you do with that money. When I set up an auto pay/schedule it it never works and my bill is not paid next thing I know is I owe $500.

The internet it's spotty it's expensive for what they give you and if you want your bill to be under 150 you're not going to have many good channels. What northeastern Pennsylvania needs is another cable company to compete with this one
