About this app

See a problem in New York’s Capital City? Now resolving it is as easy as “See. Click. Fix.” The app uses GPS to recognize your Albany location and gives you a menu of common concerns to select from. The app allows you to upload pictures to accompany your report, giving city workers the most detailed information possible to address each case. The mobile app can be used for a variety of issues, including graffiti, street maintenance, street light issues, damaged trees, parking meters, and trash collection, among others. Residents can track the status of reports submitted and see what other issues are being reported in their area. You’ll also be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved, so you can help keep Albany beautiful!

The app works very well and is very stable. My only frustration is the number of required fields in some of the forms for the city. They can be repetitive.

Reports directly to the city which makes it really easy to have your issue acted on. Good job and very responsive.
