Using GPS you can help identify the location of the problem and with the use of your camera you can send a picture as well. You’ll be able to track your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved. Reporting a problem is now easier than ever.

This application helps get alot of different issues in any neighborhood get fixed alot quicker then before android or iphone applications came along. Issues are fixed within days instead months.

Love Hammond and their response time to the app, but the app itself seems to cause a battery drain. I usually install it when I need it then uninstall it when I am done.
