It seems that every time I use this app, they say to call someone else. Sometimes it's the right number, Sometimes it is not, and I'm given another number to call. I thought the purpose was to get things reported and taken care of as soon as possible, not to pass the buck.

Follow up comments from the Township are slow and take many months. I wonder how high of a priorty Redford puts on this app?
