This is an app designed to help homeowners keep up the neighborhood. Sadly, code enforcement people drive through your area with virtual blinders. It is up to you to tell them where to look, and they sometimes* follow up with the homeowner or landowner to ask them to fix the violation or be fined. *(It may take a few tries) It seems lame that the city doesn't hold their officers responsible for their zones. But knowing how it works ->. It is up to YOU to report code violations in your own area.
