Directed to this app from the city website while trying to schedule special pickup for garbage day. Couldn't find a scheduling option anywhere. Might be useful for complaints of potholes or streetlight outages. Posts I saw included those issues plus complaints about neighbors needing to cut grass or having messy yards (with pictures). I had presumed this app would filter reported issues directly to the appropriate city department rather than just airing them in a public forum for all to see.

Completely useless. Every time there is an issue, I get a response back saying "the matter was looked into, and we have determined there was no issue. The location always puts me on the other side of my city, and nobody does anything. What is the point?
