Every time I try to deposit checks with the app it crashes and stops responding, I am so frustrated with this and clearly not the only one. The old app worked just fine. I have reinstalled it to no avail, spoken with tech support and not resolved the issue. It is time to get this fixed, go back to the old app or they will lose long time customers like myself. I'm so over it SFFCU!

We apologize for the issues you've experienced with our deposit check feature in the app. We have a new version available and would love to know if you are still still seeing similar issues with depositing a check on the latest version? Thank you for your time and patience.

I only receive the alerts on my account when I open the app. For example, I hadn't opened my app for a day or two and then opened it today. My email suddenly got flooded with automatic deposit and other notices from the last couple days. It defeats the point of having account notices. Also, the redesign is frustrating. I used to be able to access my account with pin. Now, I have to enter my long password every time. I don't use biometric passwords with my phone. They are less secure.

Would be nice to be able to edit checks deposited by phone to show the payers name for recordkeeping purposes since images are no longer accessible...otherwise it is great!..after several months with new system I agree with many others thst the old system was far better! I like to have acess to check images and be able to edit transaction information. would be nice to be able to sort by type for tax purposes as well...most banks offer these options. Still would not change banks...love sffcu!
