One of the worst E-com services. I ordered an item, they delivered the same brand but totally different features than the description. It took them five days to pick the items up after I called many times, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. Then received no feedback or follow up for another two days until I called up again to follow up. They simply said " you will receive the refund in four working days" So two weeks to sort it out after I made so many follow ups..

I don't recommend this app they sent me broken blower and they asked me to bring back after i paid for delivery now they need 3 to 5 working days to fix or replace, and now I need to go another time to pick it up. call centre is not answering my WhatsApp only answer to give u location for the storage location
