team , please check once could not sign up using mesra card with passport .. it was showing NRIC no only .. no option for passport number.. Called to customer care to do manual process..issue solved ..

I have no issue to login through website. But why I cannot login using Axxess App? Even I tried to reinstall the App.

Wow.. your UserProfile table not use same database from your website? Why I can login in Axxess website but in app cannot login? Not synchronice with website database? Totally useless for this app.
