Unstable App which crashes in every 3 mins. GPS tracker is not accurate, there is no sync between the bus moment and messaging system, you will receive message for reaching the destination but still the bus is far away to the destination on tracker. There is no hand shake between school timings and the messing system. I have received messages Last week though they announced holidays due to Rains. *Battery drains a lot, no battery optimization. * Performance is slow. * Crashes in every 3 mins.

1) change password not working... Still. 2) route display seems to be completely messed up. It not only shows a wrong route but also includes the route from school to pickup points and back. Very confusing, as to where the bus would go.. left, right or straight. Needs improvement and promptly.

School bus tracking app should not need so many permissions. Why does the app need our location (of person wishing to track), access to phone/sms (when it doesn't authenticate via OTP), access to local filesystem (app should not have to save or read data from local device) and most of all, why the heck want to autostart app ? A bus location tracking app should be minimalistic, no more than 5MB in size and if not doing mobile OTP based authentication shouldn't ask for any permission at all.

Hi , sorry for the inconvenience caused. We do need these permissions as TRAKOM GPS needs your location focus map on your location and show bus movement according to your location. Also TRAKOM app comes as integrated with the smart communication app which facilitates the sharing of Images, text, videos etc. So the gallery access is needed.
